How To Lubricate Guide Rods

Is you functional trainer or home gym feeling
rougher than is used to? Is it making a clicking or a clanking? You may need to lubricate your guide rods. It is recommended to clean and lubricate your
guide rods every 1-3 months to ensure smooth and silent plate movement and to keep the
machine cable action as good as day 1! First, clean the guide rods with a rag or
towel. Next, spray each rod with a silicone based
lubricant. We recommend using Super Lube on all of our
strength products. Wipe off excess with a rag and enjoy smooth
